Welcome to SkinWisdom. By accessing our website, scheduling an appointment, purchasing a service or product, completing a consultation or intake form, or participating in a SkinWisdom coaching program, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Services

SkinWisdom provides personalized skincare consultations, skincare education, product recommendations, coaching, and esthetic services.

Our recommendations are based on the information you provide during your consultation and are intended to support your individual skincare goals.

2. Skincare Recommendations

Every client's skin is different. While we carefully select products and routines based on your concerns, goals, and information provided, individual results may vary.

SkinWisdom does not guarantee specific skincare results or a specific timeline for improvement.

You agree to follow product instructions and your personalized skincare routine as recommended. If you experience significant irritation, discomfort, or an unexpected reaction, discontinue use of the product and contact SkinWisdom. When appropriate, you may also be advised to consult a qualified medical professional.

3. Not Medical Advice

SkinWisdom provides esthetic and skincare education and is not a substitute for medical care.

Our consultations and recommendations are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. If you have a medical skin condition, severe acne, persistent irritation, or another health concern requiring medical evaluation, you may be advised to seek care from a licensed physician, dermatologist, or other qualified healthcare professional.

4. Virtual Consultations

Virtual consultations are conducted by phone unless otherwise specified.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during their consultation, including information about current skincare products, medications, allergies, sensitivities, lifestyle factors, and previous treatments that may affect their skin.

Incomplete or inaccurate information may affect the recommendations provided.

5. Appointments & Cancellations

Please provide at least 12 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a virtual consultation or appointment.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 12 hours' notice may be subject to applicable cancellation fees or other scheduling restrictions.

If you need to reschedule, please contact SkinWisdom as soon as possible so that another appointment time can be arranged.

6. Coaching Programs

SkinWisdom coaching programs provide ongoing education, guidance, and support throughout the selected program period.

Program results vary from person to person and depend on factors including consistency, product use, lifestyle, skin type, and individual response to treatment.

Monthly virtual check-ins and other program features are provided according to the specific program purchased.

Coaching does not replace medical treatment or care from a dermatologist or other healthcare professional.

7. Product Purchases

We carefully select and recommend skincare products based on each client's individual needs.

All product sales are final, and we do not currently accept returns or offer refunds on skincare products.

Clients are encouraged to inspect products immediately upon delivery. If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact SkinWisdom promptly. If the issue is confirmed, a replacement may be provided at no additional cost.

8. Product Use

Clients are responsible for using products according to the instructions provided by SkinWisdom and the product manufacturer.

SkinWisdom is not responsible for reactions resulting from improper use, failure to follow instructions, combining products without approval, or introducing additional products into a recommended routine without discussing them with SkinWisdom.

If you experience a concerning reaction, discontinue use and seek appropriate professional medical advice when necessary.

9. Payments

Payment is required for services, programs, and products according to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase.

Program fees and product purchases are separate unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Any minimum product purchase requirements associated with a program are not included in the program price unless specifically stated.

10. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and honest information during consultations and intake forms.

  • Follow their recommended skincare routine consistently.

  • Use products as directed.

  • Communicate any concerns, reactions, or changes in their skin.

  • Attend scheduled check-ins and appointments.

  • Notify SkinWisdom of relevant changes that may affect their skincare routine.

11. Results

Skincare takes time, and results vary between individuals. SkinWisdom does not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or a particular timeframe for improvement.

Consistency and adherence to your personalized routine are important factors in achieving your skincare goals.

12. Intellectual Property

All original SkinWisdom content, including website text, educational materials, graphics, branding, photographs, program materials, and other content, belongs to SkinWisdom unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or use SkinWisdom materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

13. Website Use

You agree to use the SkinWisdom website for lawful purposes only.

You may not use the website in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or interfere with the website or its functionality.
